Plus, Hospital Indemnity benefits are paid regardless of any other coverage you may have.

• Pays benefits directly to you to help with out-of-pocket costs
• Pays $500 fixed amount per hospitalization. Maximum of 6 hospitalizations per calendar year
• Pays up to $25,000 limit for emergency treatment outside the United States, Canada and Mexico. (Subject to deductibles and policy limitations)
• Premium does not increase with your age
• Daily Hospital Rider available. Fixed-dollar per day while hospitalized ($30 minimum up to $250 in $10 increments, 365 days lifetime maximum benefit)
